Not value for money during...
- What did you like most?Room size and bed linen. Room upgrade I presume.
- Was there anything you didn't like?breakfast was poor, both selection and staff friendliness. Too much hassle. Toilet floor was cold and the shower was very narrow. No room signage when exiting the elevator.
Exceptional
- What did you like most?We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sheraton. We'd read in some reviews that there was some renovations taking place so we were prepared, but none of these renovations bothered us at all. Clean and spacious rooms just like the pictures (and we also received a room upgrade on arrival). Our first experience at a 5-star hotel and it delivered. We walked the short walk to 'Gamla Stan' (Old Town) several times and found ourselves in the center of a number of good restaurants. We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel bar that had a great choice of drinks and an unbeilable potato-appetizer. Helpful staff. Highly recommend.
