This Houston hotel is a 5-minute drive to the famed Galleria shopping mall and business district. The hotel features in-room microwaves and refrigerators, an outdoor pool, and free WiFi. Rude and unprofessional management
- What did you like most?It was good until we faced situation with manager who is very rude, disrespectful to customer.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Charged for parking I never used. We clearly told the manager we would not park there, yet the charge was added after checkout with no warning. The manager was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, made us liars, refused to show any proof, and completely refused to communicate. This is not my first stay here, but after this treatment I will never return. Avoid this hotel.
