We enjoyed our stay but...
- What did you like most?We have stayed here previously. The location is close to our prime daily destination. The room is good but not exceptional. The breakfast is adequate; ran out of some items on a couple of days. I understand the limited space but getting to the food is challenging when there are more than 15-20 people having breakfast.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It's not so much that we didn't like the staff, but I didn't find them overly friendly. They weren't unfriendly but their demeanor could be a little better. Make the traveller feel really welcome. We paid $2000 (taxes included) for a four night stay. That is $500 a day, which is rather steep. I also don't like the fact that we have to pay more to have cancellation privileges. I understand that people randomly cancel but as we are seniors, who have a number of physical issues, we should have the option of cancelling without having to pay more up front. We are from Canada and had to deal with a $0.72 dollar.
