A 10-minute walk from the Kurfürstendamm shopping street, this hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour bar. Berlin Zoo and the CityCube Berlin Congress Center are 10 minutes away by public transport. The spacious rooms at the Best Western Hotel Kantstrasse Berlin feature a bright and friendly design, a desk and multimedia access. Each room has a modern bathroom with hairdryer. A large breakfast buffet is provided each morning. Guests can end the day with a draft beer in the Hotel Kantstraße’s bar. There is also a conference room with natural daylight. - Was there anything you didn't like?The location was superb. However, there is no air conditioning, so the room can get quite warm. You’ll need to open the window for cooler air, but be aware of noise from nearby stores and restaurants. When the window is open, smells from surrounding kitchens may also come in. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Dear Sir or Madame, I have been staying over several occssions at Bestwestern Kantstrasse Berlin. I have experienced every time problems at check in. They claim over 24 euros for checking in at 2 pm, fixing the check in time at 3pm (!). Today I arrived at 1 pm and they made me wait until 2.30 not even trying to make the room available any time sooner. Now, being myself a hotel owner with Bestwestern in Milan, I find this disrespectful and outrageous to any customer. If we were to treat our clients this way, we would get terrible reviews and comments. I expect Bestwestern to take action aganist this dreadful service.
