Elevator enhancements are underway through July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. From September 2025, through approximately May 2026 the Town of Hilton Head Island will complete a Beach Renourishment Project to restore eroded beach areas. Parking available for $25 plus tax daily per vehicle. Limit 3 vehicles per reservation. Garage clearance 6 ft. 7 in. - Was there anything you didn't like?Check in parking design. It was the worst experience checking in bc signs didn’t direct you and there was no parking. Whoever designed that area should be fired immediately! Park far away from check in and walk!
