Located on the beachfront in Playa del Carmen, this resort offers 5 outdoor pools, entertainment team, yoga classes and massages. Mahekal Beach Resort offers spacious, air-conditioned rooms with Mayan-style décor. The peaceful rooms do not include radios or TVs but do offer telephone services and WiFi. All rooms offer a private safe box, private bathroom with a hairdryer and have a terrace with hammocks and views of the sea or tropical gardens. A daily breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner are available in the Olas Restaurant. Fuego Restaurant serves four-course set dinners, and offers regular theme nights and live music. The resort is located in a very popular area of Playa del Carmen, just a few minutes' walk from lively 5th Avenue. The on-site concierge can arrange visits to the Mayan ruins of Tulum National Park, a 45-minute drive away.

Please note that small breed dogs no larger than 20 pounds are accepted with a charge of $30.25 USD per night; maximum one dog per room and only on ground floors. Please note there's an extra fee for additional guest of 150 USD per night. Please note this property has a service fee of 15 USD per person/ per night booking all inclusive service only. Please note that a Gala Dinner on December 24th and December 31st will be included in the rate, with an obligatory supplement of USD $120 per person above 12 years and $60 USD per child 5-11 years old, this payment is direct in the property upon arrival. Please note due to The DJ Festivals held at nearby properties guests may hear music on occasion from November to final December all years.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
