Definitely adequate for my needs.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Kinda wish there was no smoking on the property. The folks smoking outside - the smell drifted into the room. Grounds maintenance in terms of trash could be improved. I realize this isn't a super fancy place, but litter-free makes such a great impression.
