The Comfort Suites At WestGate Mall recently underwent a complete hotel renovation in 2022, including all rooms and public areas. The hotel is five miles from the University of South Carolina Upstate. I’m glad I didn’t need...
- What did you like most?The property was in a great location, and it was clean. The rooms did have a funny smell when you first entered but I just sprayed it down with Lysol. Over all property was fine.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The front desk staff was rude. The way they looked at us upon arrival. Then we stood there for more than 7 mins waiting to get her to even start checking us in. The front desk lady name Rodasia or whatever her name is, oh she is rude, rude!! Her attitude and tone is not for front desk. I will not ever stay there again. And the lady with the long nails, and braids…black lady, she was rude too. I don’t understand. I work with the public daily and that’s not the attitude you need at a front desk.

- Was there anything you didn't like?It’s one lady who is very Rude every time we stay. Just rude for no reason. I left and didn’t return until she was gone for the day and she was off the whole weekend. But everytime I encounter her she is rude. She needs to do better. Her customer service skills are horrible. I can’t remember her name but I know what she looks like.
