Great location but too many...
- What did you like most?Fantastic location , only 10-15 walk to the central station and plenty of tram stations. Friendly staff , generously sized rooms. Nice coffee pods.
- Was there anything you didn't like?When we arrived at 4:30 pm is was already getting dark outside and we noticed our room was so so dark! There is literally no real ceiling light. Two members of staff came in and said „that’s how all the rooms“ are. Only the next morning when shown a different room I pointed out that the lights around the wall / mirror and along the windows did not work in our room which was then fixed by a technician but it caused so much trouble the evening and staff should’ve acknowledged this was not right rather then telling us „we‘ve never heard this before“ . This could’ve been dealt with much better. Our hair dryer‘s plug was bend and also needed replacing the first morning. Only 2 lifts worked which caused mayhem each morning . We usually had to walk down the stairs from floor 7 to 2 and then continue along the fire stairs to 0 since for design reasons the last 2 floors have no regular stairs .
