- What did you like most?It was close to my event and the air port
- Was there anything you didn't like?It was dirty. The walls, the towels, the floor. Burns in the sheets, soiled chair, gross. My card was charged multiple times for different amounts and none of them the price of the room. Spoke to the manager and nothing changed. View was of a run down parking lot.
Bed bugs. Staff was sympathetic...
- What did you like most?We have stayed at other Radisson properties before which were great, so we gave this a try. The last thing we expected were bedbugs. The hotel staff took our complaint seriously and tried their best to help, and we were promised a refund.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Bed bugs. We got bitten and suffered from bed bug bites for almost a week now. We have multiple photos and even live captured several of them. The hotel staff tried to help, but several facilities (such as the dryer) were not working for us to wash out all our clothes.
